ORDER PROCESS

 

The payment server being used is Setcom.co.za and more information can be obtained on their website.

 

The order process for products that are being bought or hired is the same.

 

  • Determine the product you would like to order.
  • Click on the ‘hire/buy now’ button
  • If you would like to hire the product for a specified number of days that is not shown, combine the 3, 7, 10 or 14 day prices to cover the period you require.
  • Fill out the customer form so that we can provide you and your children with the best possible service. You will only be asked to fill out the customer form once so that we can determine necessary locations and dates for your delivery.
  • Click on the 'Delivery Options' button and select the delivery that is applicable to you. 
  • Read the terms and conditions (click on the link at the bottom of the page) and tick the box.
  • You will then be taken to the secure Setcom site where you have two options:
    1. Order more products by selecting the ‘Continue shopping’ button.  This can be repeated for as many items as you require.
    2. Complete your shopping by selecting the ‘pay now’ button
  • Once you select the ‘pay now’ button, you will then have to create a secure buyer account in order for the transaction to be processed. 
  • Select "shipping costs cannot be calculated and can be added later"
  • You will then be asked to enter your payment information.
