Does the equipment get delivered?

Yes, just let us know where you would like the equipment to be delivered.  This could be the airport, your hotel, or anywhere else you require.  We will make every effort to ensure this is possible, but if it isn’t, we will arrange for another time with you. All this will be arranged before you reach Cape Town.

 

Is there a delivery cost?

  • For orders over R600, in Zone 1, the delivery is free. 
  • For orders under R600, in Zone 1, the delivery charge will be R50.  Zone 1 areas include, but are not limited to: the Airport, the Atlantic Seaboard (Camps Bay, Clifton, Hout Bay, Llandudno, Sea Point), the City Bowl (Devil's Peak, Gardens, Tamboerskloof) and the Southern Suburbs (Constantia, Newlands, Pinelands, Rondebosch, Wynberg)
  • For orders in Zone 2 the delivery charge will be R100, irrespective of the size of the delivery.  Zone 2 areas include, but are not limited to:  the West Coast (Blouberg, Milnerton, Table View), and the South Peninsula (Fishhoek, Kommetjie, Simonstown), the Northern Suburbs (Durbanville), False Bay (Somerset West, Strand).

What if I need more linen?

When ordering your linen, please let us know how much you will need for your holiday. If you find that you do need more, just contact the Cape Town office and arrange to have more delivered to you.

 

How far in advance will I need to book?

Booking early is advisable. Once you know your travel dates, a reservation can be made. However, please do not hesitate to contact us, even at very short notice, as we will try our best to provide you with everything you may need.

  

Is a deposit required?

Full Payment is required to secure the equipment that you require. If however a cancellation is made, provided it is more than 7 days  prior to the delivery date, a 75% refund will be sent back to you. If however, it is less than 7 days, no refund will be made. 

 

What if equipment breaks or I require more things?

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any problems or complaints, either in the U.K. or South Africa. We really do want to help you with any troubles you may have and will aim to rectify or replace anything that is not 100% satisfactory. 

 

Is there a minimum number of days I have to rent equipment?

                 Yes, there is a three-day minimum charge for rentals.

 

When does the rental term start?

                 From the day of delivery or scheduled pick up time.

 

Can I pick up the equipment myself?

Yes, just let us know and we will arrange for directions to be sent to you and everything will be ready for you on your arrival.

 

Can we be met at the Airport?

We can meet you at your hire car at the airport. A child car seat can be fitted into your car if needed. The rest of the equipment can be delivered to the airport as well. 

 

What if I am not satisfied with the condition of the equipment delivered?

We are confident you will be satisfied with the condition of the equipment. We conduct safety inspections and clean each piece of equipment before each rental. If you are not completely satisfied with the equipment, we will be more than happy to replace it as soon as possible.
